• Erect To Let Board

• Carry Out Accompanied Viewings

• Tenant Credit and Right to Rent Checks & References

• Prepare Tenancy Agreements

• Liaise with Guarantor if required 

• Collection and transfer payment of Initial Month's Rent & Deposit

• Assistance with Deposit registration

• Optional:

• Inventory & Check-in: £120-£180 + VAT (will vary for larger homes).

• Gas Safety Certificate: £85 + VAT

• Electrical Safety Certificate: £180 + VAT

• EPC Certificate: £90 + VAT (up to 3 bed property)​

Tenancy set-up fee: £400 + VAT

Monthly Management Fees: 12% plus VAT of Monthly Rent
